  • Applying for welfare and financial guardianships
  • Winding-up estate

We have the training, qualifications and experience to provide this service efficiently and effectively

We have the training, qualifications and experience to provide this service efficiently and effectively.

We can make a will for you reflecting your requirements or change your existing will.

We can register a deed of attorney for you if you wish another person to deal manage your affairs with now or in the future.

We can make applications to the Court for guardianship or intervention orders under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act if a friend or relative is unable to manage their own affairs. In fact we are rather proud of the fact that we were one of the first solicitors’ firms in Scotland to apply for a guardianship order.

We also assist executors in the winding up of estates which can be an exacting, complex and time-consuming process.

We devote time, care and attention to private client work and strive to be as helpful and practical as possible.

We carry out work under Legal Aid.
